All purchases must be picked up by the following Monday. All purchases not removed by the end of day, the following Monday, will have a $20/ day storage fee applied, and may be towed to McDougall Auctioneers Ltd. Emerald Park Compound at the BUYERS EXPENSE.

Credit Card on file will be processed immediately for these costs.

As per the terms of this online auction sale, all items and lots must be picked up within this timeline, otherwise purchase and funds will be forfeited at purchasers expense.

Please remember that due to offsite location, removal is strictly the responsibility of the purchaser and there will be no tools, equipment or assistance provided by McDougall Auctioneers LTD. McDougall Auctioneers Ltd holds no responsibility for removal of merchandise. Proper disconnect of all items is required to have licensed tradespeople that carry their own Workers Compensation hired at purchasers expense. The purchaser takes full responsibility to ensure their tradespeople meet these requirements and will be responsible for any liability or damaged caused due to their work. If Items are not picked up during the scheduled mandatory pick up dates and times, the merchandise, Purchase monies, buyers premiums/fees and applicable taxes will be forfeited - No exceptions and the purchaser WILL be charged a MANDATORY disposal fee at McDougall Auctioneers discretion. If damage to the premises occurs during removal, the purchaser will be held responsible for repairs.
If specific pick up dates and times are not listed on the event page or the lot listing, the pick up dates and times will default to our business hours three business days from the close of sale. - No Exceptions.

If items are left on site, the purchaser will be charged a mandatory disposal fee determined by McDougall Auctioneers Ltd. If the purchaser is financing this lot, purchaser must submit a 10% non-refundable deposit via certified funds to McDougall Auctioneers Ltd. within 24 hours of sale close.
