This lot is part of a package bidding opportunity. Throughout the online bidding process, this lot is subject to being outbid by a separate party within our online timed bidding platform. If the gross bid amount of the sum of each individual lot (two (2) through twelve (12) ) is greater than the gross bid price on the package lot, each individual bidder on lots two (2) through tweve (12) will remain the "winning bidder". However, if the bid price of the package lot (Lot One (1)) exceeds the sum of each individual lot (two (2) through twelve (12) ), the camp will sell as a complete package. The Lodge Includes:
Self-sustaining filter box water treatment system with the capacity to handle 15,000 people. (324) Jack & Jill Deluxe fully furnished rooms. Fully operational commercial kitchen with several unused walk-in coolers and freezers and high quality kitchen lines built to serve 736 people. Complete gym/recreational area with unused still in the box gym equipment. (12) Executive offices and a conference room. Theatre stage and entertainment lounge area.

This camp must be deconstructed and moved from its current location.

This sale is in conjunction with Direct Liquidation.

Additional Terms of This Auction Sale:

1. Highest bid or any bid not necessarily accepted. 

2. If McDougall deems it necessary or appropriate to do so, McDougall (and/or its agents) shall be authorized to enter negotiations with one or more parties who have submitted offers, in order to obtain the "highest bid price" from such parties. 

3. Upon agreement to sell, the purchaser will be required to pay a deposit with certified funds to McDougall Auctioneers Ltd. within 24 Business Hours.

4. Deposit Required: Standard 10% Deposit and $5000.00 Buyer's Fee and Applicable Taxes. 

5. Remainder of funds and title transfer to occur within 21 days of the court approval of sale.

6. The Purchaser shall be responsible for the costs of its solicitor and for the costs of registration o the Sale Approval & Vesting Order, and any mortgage or other costs it may incur.

Please note, this online bidding process is also subject to a silent offer being submitted and accepted on the package lot (Lot 1) prior to the close of the online bidding process. If items are left on site, the purchaser will be charged a mandatory disposal fee determined by McDougall Auctioneers Ltd.
