Auction will close on Friday February 26, 2021.
Highest Bid or Any Bid Not Necessarily Accepted.
Legal & Transfer Fees will be split evenly by the owner and purchaser at a law firm of owner's choice.
Upon agreement to Sell the Purchaser will be required to pay a deposit with Certified Funds to McDougall Auctioneers of 10% plus the Buyer's Fee and applicable taxes within 24 business hours.
Remainder of funds and title transfer to occur once subdivision process has been completed. This is estimated to take approximately 30 days, although this is subject to change and will be updated throughout the auction sale once more information is obtained.
