We are pleased to partner with 7C's Farms to conduct their online meat auction. Although pork does not have a grading system like beef does, if it did, Berkshire pork would be considered the highest grade of gourmet pork. Like high grade beef, their pork has flecks of fat throughout the meat which enhances the flavor and ease of cooking. It's near impossible to overcook our pork and the flavor is so outstanding that we always advise our customers to serve it with nothing more than salt and pepper. We call it the salt and pepper challenge.
Aside from the remarkable taste, our farm is also impressive in its practices. We pride ourselves by allowing our animals to roam freely in their natural environment. We are devoted to small scale farming so we can give all our animals the love and attention they need.
