Buyer's Fee and applicable taxes within 3 business days from sale closure..

4. Funeral Home Transfer Fees of $100.00 Plus GST will be the responsibility of the PURCHASER only and paid
when Title transfer signage takes place between Seller & Buyer at Regina Memorial Gardens Ltd..

5. All auction items are sold buyer beware and as is where is.
