If items are left on site, the purchaser will be charged a mandatory disposal fee determined by McDougall Auctioneers ltd. Please remember, removal is strictly the responsibility of the purchaser. McDougall Auctioneers LTD holds no responsibility for removal of merchandise. Proper disconnect of all items is required to have authorized or professional personnel hired at purchasers expense. If Items are not picked up during the scheduled mandatory pick up dates and times, the merchandise and purchase monies will be forfeited - No exceptions and the purchaser WILL be charged a MANDATORY disposal fee at McDougall Auctioneers discretion. If damage to the premises occurs during removal, the purchaser will be held responsible for repairs.
