Terms of Non-Restricted Firearms and Ammunition Purchases:
1. In order to place a bid on any firearm or ammuntion in an auction, bidders must have a valid and applicable PAL. The purchaser is responsible for providing McDougall Auctioneers with their PAL card and information upon pick up, or with shipping request.
2. Purchasers bidding information must match the PAL information provided. Bidding on behalf of a 3rd party is NOT permitted. Purchasers are liable for the purchase of the item, but item(s) cannot be released to the purchaser without proof of a valid PAL.
3. IF a third party is picking up on the purchaser's behalf, purchaser must provide McDougall Auctioneers with a notice prior to the pickup, and BOTH the purchaser and the party picking up on their behalf MUST provide proof of a valid PAL.
4. McDougall Auctioneers Reserves the Right to Keep a Copy of All PALs on File.
For the safety of the user and bystanders, please ensure purchased firearms receive a proper cleaning before use. Firearms are not guaranteed by McDougall Auctioneers to work, and working condition will not be tested. Please bid accordingly.

Please remember that all sales are final on this auction sale and although we try to represent the item as we see it visible to the naked eye, we STRONGLY recommend manual inspection at the item's location and all items are sold "AS IS WHERE IS". Please be advised that the purchaser is held accountable for the item(s) contained in each lot. The lot in full must be removed from its location when picked up. If items are left on site, the purchaser will be charged a mandatory disposal fee determined by McDougall Auctioneers ltd. Please remember, removal is strictly the responsibility of the purchaser. McDougall Auctioneers LTD holds no responsibility for removal of merchandise. Proper disconnect of all items is required to have authorized or professional personnel hired at purchasers expense. If Items are not picked up during the scheduled mandatory pick up dates and times, the merchandise and purchase monies will be forfeited - No exceptions and the purchaser WILL be charged a MANDATORY disposal fee at McDougall Auctioneers discretion. If damage to the premises occurs during removal, the purchaser will be held responsible for repairs.
