    Terms and Conditions:

    Auction will close on Thursday May 6, 2021.

    1. Highest bid or any bid not necessarily accepted;
    2. Deposit required to participate: $10,000.00
    3. Upon acceptance, the successful bidder must execute a Lot Sale Agreement with the Vendor (the ''Lot Sale Agreement'') within a commercially reasonable time. Failing the execution of the Lot Sale Agreement, the deposit shall be forfeited to the Vendor as liquidated damages and not as a penalty;
    4. The deposit shall be credited to the Vendor as part of the purchase price, subject to the terms of the Lot Sale Agreement; and
    5. The Purchaser shall be responsible for the costs of its solicitor and for the costs of registration of the appropriate transfer document(s), and any mortgage costs that might incur.
    6. A Buyer's Fee of $1,500 and applicable taxes will be added to the purchase price and is required to be paid to McDougall Auctioneers upon auction close.
