The purchaser takes full responsibility to ensure their tradespeople meet these requirements and will be responsible for any liability or damaged caused due to their work. If Items are not picked up during the scheduled mandatory pick up dates and times, the merchandise and purchase monies will be forfeited - No exceptions and the purchaser WILL be charged a MANDATORY disposal fee at McDougall Auctioneers discretion. If damage to the premises occurs during removal, the purchaser will be held responsible for repairs.
