    Welcome to Headingley, Manitoba.
    Headingley is a Rural Municipality as well as an unincorporated community located directly West of Winnipeg along the Trans Canada Highway. The subject property is located 6 kilometers west of the city of Winnipeg. The property is zoned with a Residential Designation. Please see the Appendix B's below for Permitted and Conditional Uses. (Please note differences between residents and nonresidents)

    There are 2 parcels included within this lot, with both designated as Rural Use.

    Parcel A is the northern most parcel, and is approximately 0.47 Acres in size. This parcel had at one time a residence on the property, which has been since removed. There remains a well, Cistern and Septic Tank on the Property, although condition is unknown. Parcel A is unserviced and undeveloped.

    Parcel B on the otherhand is 1.68 Acres in size, and is closest to Highway #1. Parcel B is unserviced and undeveloped.

    Services will be very challenging to connect to property.
