Consignor Requests That the building be removed before the ground has thawed (in the next few weeks) or wait until the ground has dried from the spring rains most likely in June/July in order to preserve the yard.
If Building is not removed by July 15th storage charges maybe applied to compensate for lost revenue and / or property tax.
Customer has indicated they will be using Turner Transport to Move the Building, thus using the consignor to assist the moving company.
Buildings will be released on a "First Come, First Served" basis. The consignor will not allow buildings to be moved around to accommodate choice of building. This is again to preserve the yard
