    3. The Remaining Monies Must Be Paid In Full to McDougall Auctioneers Ltd Within 7 Banking Days After Sale is Approved.
    4. This property is to be removed no later than middle of November 2021. A $5000 dollar refundable deposit must be paid on top of the bid to ensure prompt removal. Deposit will be refunded upon removal of the structure to the satisfaction of the seller. Alternative removal arrangements can be made only with the successful purchaser, given that a reasonable removal plan is provided along with further negotiations regarding care of the property. The Seller has a purpose for the foundation, upon house removal so all caution should be taken to ensure none to minimal damage occurs.
    5. If Log House for some reason cannot be moved by middle of November 2021, Power, Gas and Insurance will need to be negotiated. Log cabin could remain until May 31, 2022 only.
