Please take a copy of your paid receipt for release, and the equipment must be removed from the yard by the close of September 22, 2022 or there will be towing charges over and above, as the equipment will be moved to McDougall Auctioneers Ltd main yard at purchasers cost, in addition to storage charges.

Please remember that due to offsite location, removal is strictly the responsibility of the purchaser and there will be no tools, equipment or assistance provided by McDougall Auctioneers LTD. McDougall Auctioneers Ltd holds no responsibility for removal of merchandise. Proper disconnect of all items is required to have licensed tradespeople that carry their own Workers Compensation hired at purchasers expense. The purchaser takes full responsibility to ensure their tradespeople meet these requirements and will be responsible for any liability or damaged caused due to their work. If Items are not picked up during the scheduled mandatory pick up dates and times, the merchandise, Purchase monies, buyers premiums/fees and applicable taxes will be forfeited - No exceptions and the purchaser WILL be charged a MANDATORY disposal fee at McDougall Auctioneers discretion. If damage to the premises occurs during removal, the purchaser will be held responsible for repairs. If specific pick up dates and times are not listed on the event page or the lot listing, the pick up dates and times will default to our business hours three business days from the close of sale. - No Exceptions. Please be advised Offsite Sale Terms of Payment will vary from regular sales Payment MUST be made in full to McDougall Auctioneers Ltd within ONE Business day of the acceptance of sale (Close of sale of unreserved items) Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Please remember that all sales are final on this auction sale and although we try to represent the item as we see it visible to the naked eye, we STRONGLY recommend manual inspection at the item's location. Please be advised that the purchaser is held accountable for the item(s) contained in each lot. The lot in full must be removed from its location when picked up. If items are left on site, the purchaser will be charged a mandatory disposal fee determined by McDougall Auctioneers Ltd. If the purchaser is financing this lot, purchaser must submit a 10% non-refundable deposit via certified funds to McDougall Auctioneers Ltd. within 24 hours of sale close.
