    Details: Located on Highway 22 passing through the town of Lipton, this property consists of 2 buildings located on attached land parcels. The first building is a small single storey building, approximately 1400 Sq. Ft., suitable for offices, small retail center, or workspace. The smaller building is heated by radiant baseboard heaters (water), as well as what appears to be an electric furnace. Single bathroom, and 200 Amp service.
