Purchaser is responsible for removal of the items. Please be advised some of the cabinets and lots will need to be dismantled. McDougall Auctioneers will have no tools or assistance provided.
Items must be picked up within this time frame. Items left on site will be disposed of and the purchaser will be charged accordingly at McDougall Auctioneers Ltd discretion.

Please remember that due to offsite location, removal is strictly the responsibility of the purchaser and there will be no tools, equipment or assistance provided by McDougall Auctioneers LTD. McDougall Auctioneers Ltd holds no responsibility for removal of merchandise. Proper disconnect of all items is required to have licensed tradespeople that carry their own Workers Compensation hired at purchasers expense. The purchaser takes full responsibility to ensure their tradespeople meet these requirements and will be responsible for any liability or damaged caused due to their work. If Items are not picked up during the scheduled mandatory pick up dates and times, the merchandise and purchase monies will be forfeited - No exceptions and the purchaser WILL be charged a MANDATORY disposal fee at McDougall Auctioneers discretion. If damage to the premises occurs during removal, the purchaser will be held responsible for repairs. Please remember that all sales are final on this auction sale and although we try to represent the item as we see it visible to the naked eye, we STRONGLY recommend manual inspection at the item's location. Please be advised that the purchaser is held accountable for the item(s) contained in each lot. The lot in full must be removed from its location when picked up. If items are left on site, the purchaser will be charged a mandatory disposal fee determined by McDougall Auctioneers ltd.
